The challenge
Educators today are under more pressure than ever across multiple fronts. Clasroom expectations keep increasing, but funding lags behind. Stress builds, but community and support can be hard to find. Professional career growth can be disjointed and unclear. Our client sought to create a community that meets needs across education, career coaching and classroom support that was and built for teachers, by teachers.
But - they needed research to support the vision and investment buy-in to make the vision a reality. That's where our team came in.
Rapid Prototyping
Through ideation sessions, detailed teacher personas, and third party platform integration, we built an experience and brand that addressed educator challenges and encouraged active engagement.
LearnPro integrated essential teaching competencies and offered blended and virtual learning tools, providing accessible impactful professional growth opportunities via personal coaching and bespoke learning journeys.
Together, we created key user journeys and experiences for the full ecosystem, including teachers, administrators, and coaching parters.
