Campaign Concepting
Penn State Health is a reknowned healthcare system throuhout Central Pennsylvania region. Our Human-Centered Design team was engaged across a variety of research and marketing support initiatives. One of these efforts focused on exploration around specific subspecialites that were losing to competing hospitals in the area.
Many competitors focused on healthcare staff and facilities, but we wanted to take a different approach for Penn State Health's Orthopaedics department. We wanted to tell the story of impactful patient outcomes.
To do this, we spoke to audiences directly, inviting them to get back to what they love. The message? "Do what moves you."
The campaign would direct audiences to a campaign website, where they could explore the latest innovative treatments for common injuries and ailments. A journey that starts with an emotional appeal, makes education feel effortless, and provides an open door to better health through the expertise at Penn State Health.
